Quietly located well-kept apartment on the IJslandplein, in the immediate vicinity of the beach, the dunes, the seawall of Oostduinkerke - Bath and commercial center. A comfortably furnished one bedroom apartment with double bed & with a fold-out divan bed in the hall (for 2 people), making it suitable for 2 to 4 people. The terrace is located on the living side, overlooks the horizontal sea dike and the IJslandplein and also offers side sea views and the morning sun. The space The apartment consists of an open kitchen (without dishwasher) with all basic accommodation that opens into a living room with table furniture (4 people), sitting area with digital television and balcony. There is one bedroom, also with a balcony. This bedroom has a double bed frame in which there are two single mattresses. It is a double bed for 2 people, cannot be pushed apart. The bathroom is located between the bedroom and the entrance hall. This consists of a bath with shower screen, a single sink & toilet. In the entrance hall there is a divan bed (sofa bed) that can be unfolded. This accommodates 2 extra people (double mattress). This ensures that this apartment is available for up to 4 people. Bath linen, bed linen & kitchen linen are not included, but can be rented separately at the rental office. There is also a possibility of made beds (upon arrival). Ask about it at the time of reservation/booking. An underground parking space is included. This apartment is known to Flanders Tourism under accommodation decree number 212553. Guest access Check-in & check-out is done by key collection at the rental office, being Huys Médard located in the Leopold II laan 226 (GV01) in Oostduinkerke - Bad. We are located between bicycle shop O'Vélo & catering company 'Filip & Nele'. Office opening hours: 9:30 a.m. - 12 p.m. & from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. We are closed on Wednesdays & Sundays + holidays.
