The Red House on Main Apartment is a lovely 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, fully furnished apartment with a kitchen, living room, TV, WiFi, access to the backyard and a private entrance for self check- in. Every season has something wonderful to enjoy here in Vermont and we want you to enjoy your stay at The Red House on Main, too. The space The historic home was built in 1819 and the cozy apartment is connected to our home but the inside connecting door will remain shut and locked during your stay so the whole apartment is yours! The separate entrance from the front porch allows you to come and go as you please and offers you privacy. The apartment has wood flooring and is the kitchen features new appliances, a microwave, a Keurig, and basic kitchen essentials. The bedroom has a double bed with a medium firm tempurpedic mattress topper for a great night of sleep. There is no door separating the apartment bedroom from the apartment living area. The bathroom bathroom is equipped with a shower. We welcome families and have extra bedding options available on request (pack&play, twin air mattresses). The property includes a beautiful 1 acre wooded back yard with a fire pit and outdoor dining area available for your use. Stroll down to enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner at one of our favorites- O’Maddi’s Deli, Cornerstone Burger, or The Corner Cafe. For a local beer or a good cup of joe- visit the Good Measure Brewing Company and The Carrier Roasting Company Coffee Shop, all located just down the street!
