Private bedroom with full-home access

Enjoy a private, upstairs bedroom in a lovely home in East El Paso, TX. Guest’s visit will include a TV and DVD player in the bedroom, smart TV in the downstairs living area, WiFi, daily access to a washing machine and dryer during any 3 hour period of their choice, and full kitchen access with a stovetop, oven, microwave and a mini-fridge reserved specifically for you! Outside we have a brick walled-back yard with lawn chairs and a gas grill, and street or driveway parking is available. The space The home is located in East El Paso. While the area is still being developed, there are some sites to see near Horizon, TX and off of Pelicano Blvd, El Paso, TX. Guest access The kitchen, living room and back yard are shared spaces with the home owners. The kitchen comes equipped with a gas oven and stove top, plus guest’s own mini-fridge. The living room has a 75in smart TV with surround sound, and we’d love to show you how it works. As it is a shared space it’s first come, first serve. Additionally, we have a propane grill in the back yard along with patio chairs. During your stay Guests are always welcome to join the homeowners in shared spaces, or may enjoy their time in their private room. While all shared spaces are first come, first serve, the guest room will have a TV where they may enjoy a variety of streaming services and games to remain entertained alone. *IMPORTANT: On Sundays we offer free grocery delivery for all guests (whether you do or do not have a vehicle). All you’ll pay is the price on the receipt. Just give us your list before we leave for the grocery store. Other things to note In case you missed it in the main profile, we have two small dogs, one medium sized dog and one cat who roam the house freely. They are all extremely friendly. You of course are welcome to keep your bedroom door closed at all times to ensure they do not bother you. The carpets are vacuumed once a week (at minimum), and the entire house is sanitized and deep-cleaned every two weeks.
