Bright, large, fully remodeled studio unit in the heart of North Miami, just 4.5 miles from the beautiful beach of Bal Harbour. Centrally located area in the city's art district with dinning and entertainment. The space is Impeccably furnished with a king size bed and a queen sofa bed that comfortably accommodates 2 people. The studio has its own private entrance and guests can enjoy the outside space with a brand new pool, sitting areas, and an ample and beautiful garden. No kitchen/stove. The space WIFI, plenty of parking, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, smart tv and more. The neighborhood is very quiet and there a lot of dining options within walking distance. Walk to the museum of contemporary art and enjoy a delicious coffee/breakfast in the caffe located in the newly renovated museum's plaza. The beach is a short 10 minute drive and Aventura , design district and Wynwood are all within 7 miles. Guest access The building’s address is 850-852 NE 124 St. North Miami FL 33161. The guest unit is located in the back of the building. Please access the property through the side door on the right of the building (has a sign that reads Private Property) and follow the pathway to the front door of the space. Detailed directions with pictures can be found in the check in instructions. PLEASE do not disturb the other tenants in the building by knocking on their door or parking in the reserved spots in front of the building. The guest parking is in the gravel to the left front of the building or in the street across the building for free. See picture. To access the pool simply walk across the back yard and enter through the door on the small fence. The pool is part of our eight unit complex and it is not heated. Other things to note HOUSE RULES: RENTERS MAY BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A GOVERNMENT ID ON THE DAY OF CHECKING IN OR DURING YOUR STAY - Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. - No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty. - No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 9 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed in the property. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay. - Please avoid moving furniture - Pets are not allowed unless there is prior authorization and an extra fee may apply if such is given. POOL RULES: There is a shared outdoor swimming pool (not heated) in the back of the property. For your safety, please read the following rules. - No lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risks - Shower before entering the pool - No animals in the pool or on the pool deck - No food or glassware in the pool or on the pool deck - No diving or running - No boisterous or rough play - Children under the age of 14 years old shall not use the pool without a parent or adult guardian in attendance - 8 persons allowed in the pool at anytime (Only guests listed on the reservation) - Pool hours: 7 am to 9 pm We provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like: paper towels, trash bags in trash cans, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and shower gel. These items, however, are not replenished.
