You pass the lush front garden towards the front door. You enter into an entry way with the dining room positioned to your left. If you turn right you have a full kitchen with lovely stone bench top and as you walk through it you are greeted by a beautifully plush spacious lounge and large tv with sub woofer for those movie lovers. There is also a powder room nearby and next to that the laundry with a dual washer/dryer discretely hidden in the large multi cupboard space design. The stunning bedroom is located upstairs. The stairs which go up are located next to the dining room. If you turn right once at the top of the stairs you have a large bathroom with large shower, toilet and vanity. Opposite the bathroom is a beautiful linen closet. If you keep walking straight you will be presented with your bedroom with build in robes and a queen size bed. Access to the outside backyard is located just by the downstairs lounge. A peaceful and private yard with a quaint outdoor table and chair set. Guest access You have your own private bedroom and bathroom. You also have access to all amenities, which include kitchen, dining and lounge.
