Private Room, Townhouse on Canal

Peaceful & centrally located, 10 mins from airport with no aircraft noise! Spare bedroom in my townhouse, please note that I live here as well. You have own bathroom and share the kitchen, lounge, laundry and dinning areas. Lovely palm fringed courtyard to sit & ponder or lounge by the pool, or on the jetty on the canal. Kayak is available. Short 5 min walk to little village shops and hotel. 400mtrs to Maroochy River and 2.5 km to ocean beach. 5 min drive to Sunshine plaza. Bus stop very close. During your stay Happy to give you all the privacy and space you need for a relaxing break, but I am also available if you would like company or to socialise. Other things to note As I am only 10 mins from the airport (absolutely no aircraft noise at townhouse). I am often available to offer an airport pick up or drop off service at an excellent rate of $15 (taxi is normally $23). Also please note I am a volunteer Vision Australia puppy carer and will most likely have a young Labrador living with me (well behaved of course!)
