You will be like the only people in the world in this spacious and elegant country house that enjoys absolute tranquility and the exclusivity of the view of the landscapes. The interior is charming and cozy. Outside, you will enjoy the pool and the huge free space of the garden that extends over the meadows and woods. You can stroll along the surrounding paths, on foot, by bike, by mountain bike. And you are a 20-minute drive from all the classified sites of the Périgord Noir. The space You benefit from having the house to yourself. It is spread over 2 levels. On the highest level, the space is designed as a loft composed of a large living room area centered on the fireplace, kitchen, dining, music and reading, office or game room areas. All around, large bay windows give you the feeling of being perched in the middle of nature. On the same level, you will enjoy 2 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom (one large and one small) and toilet. The beds can be arranged as separate or as a single bed according to your wishes. An independent studio, with a separate entrance, includes a double bed as well as a small bathroom and toilet. On the ground floor, 2 adjoining bedrooms with a bathroom (shower, sink, toilet nearby) and beds, which can be independent or close together, are ideal for children who can live their lives while being close to their parents. You will of course have the opportunity to enjoy the garden, the pool and beyond, without fence or barrier, the surrounding nature to prepare the barbecue, have lunch, read, take a nap, swim, walk, as if you were alone in the world. Guest access You have independent access to the entire house. All amenities, pool, garden, access, parking are entirely at your disposal. The pathway is completely private. Other things to note Smoking is allowed on the studio's terrace, by the pool or in the garden. However, the inside of the house is non-smoking.
