Trendy Home 1 Mile From Downtown Petoskey

Enjoy this trendy and newly remodeled home only one mile from downtown Petoskey! With a large fenced in backyard overlooking a field and wooded area, you can feel like you are out in the countryside of Northern Michigan but conveniently located near downtown shops, restaurants and bars. Also very close to many of the local wineries in the Petoskey area. This home is only a few minute drive to Lake Michigan and other surrounding inland lakes. This is a perfect place to experience Up North! The space Welcome to The Gathering Place! This home is a great space for up to six guests to stay at while visiting the town of Petoskey. Sleep comfortably in this home with a king size bed in the master bedroom, and a queen bed in the guest room. Each room has a ceiling fan for those warm summer nights. The basement has a full size futon that easily sleeps two full size adults. The basement is also a great hangout space with a bar area that has a dart board and game table and TV. There is also a half bath located in the laundry room in this area. We also allow up to two pets but please let us know that you are bringing them! There is a $50 flat fee for their entire stay, we love having them but they can be hairy and take extra time for us to clean. The outside space has two decks that overlook the spacious back yard that includes a grill and fire pit for outdoor fun. If it gets too chilly, hangout in the sunporch that also has a great view! If you bring your furry friend, the backyard is fenced in for their safety, and has plenty of space for them to run around in. Guest access Please park in the driveway as your first option, if you have multiple cars, parking to the right of the garage in the grass is allowed. In the winter you are welcome to park in the garage if your vehicle fits. Other things to note There is a finished basement with a futon and half bath in the laundry room for when there are 6 guests needing to stay here. You do have to access the basement stairs through the garage. Also, the backyard has a large portion fenced in for dogs and a gate for easy access on the side of the house. There is a fire pit and grill for all guests to use during their stay. There is a two dog maximum with an extra fee of $50 for your entire stay. A crate is provided if you need to crate your animal when you are not at the house. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns!
