Villa Bella Rosa is a spacious upper apartment in a quiet residential location just 10 minutes' walk from the Rodney Bay Marina and mall. Perfectly situated for the amenities of Gros Islet, and only a 5-minute drive to Pigeon Island and the surrounding pristine beaches. The villa is fully air conditioned. The apartment is a very large upper floor apartment, with beautiful views towards the Caribbean sea and the Rodney Bay Marina. It has a gated entrance and is fully secure, located in a beautiful, safe residential neighbourhood. It is convenient for both car drivers and walkers alike, with everything close by: supermarkets, restaurants, beaches, hotels, Marina and local attractions such as Pigeon island. It is a great base from which to explore the north of the island. The apartment boasts spacious accommodation with three double bedrooms (one with a newly renovated bright and spacious bathroom with extra large waterfall shower), a further family bathroom, an open plan kitchen-dining area, lounge, laundry room, three balconies and landscaped gardens. The bedrooms and living room area are all equipped with ceiling fans and new inverter air conditioning units, making for a very comfortable stay. All windows have mosquito screens, to minimise any unwanted visitors! Our guests enjoy relaxing on the balconies, watching the humming birds in the garden, or enjoying a cold drink while enjoying the gentle breeze. The apartment comes fully equipped for your stay, with cooking basics such as salt, pepper and oil, toilet paper, kitchen paper, shower soap, bath and beach towels. There is a laundry room for your own personal use with a large washing machine, tumble dryer, and there is also an outside clothes line. Our property manager, Wilbertha, will be on hand throughout your stay to answer any questions, provide advice and recommendations, and check you into and out of the apartment. The guests have sole access to the entire apartment. There is a smaller two bed apartment downstairs with quiet and polite neighbours. The Villa has a team of hosts ready to assist guests. Wilbertha will be your main contact. The location is a quiet, very safe neighbourhood with working professionals and families, and a few Airbnbs. The neighbourhood is one of the best in St Lucia and provides a peaceful, beautiful and and calm environment for a relaxing stay. The Villa is five(5) mins walk to the main road for public transportation. The Rodney Bay marina is only 10 mins walk away from the house. Also within the same distance to supermarkets and pizzeria. Parking at the property is very secure as the property is gated, with its own private driveway. Alternatively, you can park on the side of the road. Please note that as the house is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, it is not suitable for loud parties. However those looking for a good night out can head 5 mins up the road to the Friday night Gros Islet street party to let their hair down!
