Spacious Private Room in Clean Shared Flat

Welcome to my house located in Southport with a peaceful green view. I've lived in this house for 12 yrs and love maintaining it as much as possible. 10 min walk to the tram, drive - 5 min to shops, 8 min to Surfers Paradise. Bus stops at doorstep. Lots of unlimited street parking. Pls read the listing carefully incl the house rules when booking, select correct no. of guests Note, I live in the main house and love good vibes :) I keep the place quiet and love to socialise when possible The space This is a large private room in a 2 bedroom flat - ground level. I'm the owner and lives upstairs. The other room may also be occupied by 1 or 2 guests Room has a queen bed, 2 bedside tables, fan, lamps, desk, chair and a mirrored wardrobe. Guest access CHECK- IN : You will have your own set of keys and the place is self-check in. You can check yourself in any time after 2pm. Bags can be left under carport at the front ( against white wall under table) if necessary. Check out includes the entire property inc. gardens, pool…etc) AREA ACESS: This is a dual living house, meaning you would have your own access to the ground level, the kitchen, laundry and a dining and living/entertainment area. The bathroom may be shared with other guests. You can use the swimming pool and back yard. Other things to note This is my home, not a hotel. I’ve lived here for over a decade and put care into maintaining it, so I ask that guests treat the space with the same respect and treat it as their own home. All amenities are clearly listed, and these are what’s included. Guests are responsible for bringing their own extras (such as umbrellas, specialty teas/coffees, milk, or anything not mentioned). Requests outside of what’s listed may not be possible, and if provided, will incur a fee. I value a calm and positive atmosphere. I enjoy connecting with guests when the moment is right, and equally respect privacy and quiet time.
