Close to shopping/restaurants, Stetson University, historic downtown Deland, Blue Springs, DeLeon Springs, Cassadaga spiritualist community, Daytona Beach, New Smyrna Beach, and only 48mi from Disney/38mi Universal Studios. The space This private, well appointed studio is located on a large residential lot and features a full size kitchen with cookware and dishware. The living space includes comfortable seating and a smart tv allowing you access to your favorite shows. Heating and air conditioning are provided to keep you comfortable and a walk in closet to store your personal items. The multi-functional vanity space is great for getting ready for a night out or setting up a laptop and getting some quick work done. There is a private patio (located behind the studio space) with seating and patio lights as well as a separate area for grillin' and chillin' around the fire-pit. Guests of lake Helen Getaway are not permitted to have visitors. Guests are not meant to use the wooden patio in front of the studio. Guest access This studio has its' own separate gate access from the main home for your privacy. You also have your own private patio as well as access to the backyard, fire pit and grilling area located behind the unit. (Guests are not meant to use the wood patio in front of the studio) Other things to note There are so many special things about this centrally located community; Just a few short blocks in the neighborhood to walk around the lake, passing a local orange grove on the way. The market in the park is about a mille away and open on weekend mornings featuring food trucks, farmers market, clothing and other vendors. Cassadaga is 1-2 miles away and is known as the "spiritualist capital of the world" and features a museum, tours, shops, and dining. Equestrian events, local parades, a town trolley (subject to time of year) are all things you can encounter on your visit. Shopping and dining destinations are also conveniently located and cater to many tastes and preferences.
