The Old Printworks is a spacious and stylish new build terraced house on a new development situated where the old printworks building used to be. Five minutes walk from Whitstable’s famous High Street with its unique independent shops, restaurants and galleries, and ten minutes to the beach. With three bedrooms, The Old Printworks provides two king sized beds, plus a small double bed ideal for children or a single adult. Plus a sunny patio garden and a parking space. The space The Old Printworks is a comfortable yet stylish modern terraced house, in a quiet residential area of Whitstable. It offers three bedrooms, lounge-diner, a fully equipped kitchen, plus patio garden for enjoying warmer sunny days. Dogs are welcome - please don't let them on the furniture or upstairs. Ground floor: Hallway leading to: WC including wash hand basin. Kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, gas hob and electric oven, and everything needed to cook up a feast or enjoy a takeaway. Large lounge-diner with cozy sofas, new smart TV plus Xbox for those who already have an account, dining table for 6, opening onto the patio garden with table and chairs and sun shade. First floor: Landing leading to: Bedroom 1 has a king sized bed, open wardrobe and bed side tables. Bedroom 2 has a king sized bed, open wardrobe and bed side tables. Bedroom 3 has a small 4ft double bed, open wardrobe and bedside table (please note the bed is smaller than a standard sized double bed, and therefore best suited to children sharing, or a single adult). Bathroom with shower cubicle, wash hand basin and WC. Free off-street parking space for one vehicle to the front of the property. Cotton linens/towels and soap and cleaning products are provided for use during your stay. Guest access The whole house and garden are for your private use during your stay.
