There are three twin-sized rollaway beds available downstairs and a Queen sized air mattress upon request. There is a dedicated workspace with a desk and monitor in the solarium that overlooks the Wind River and the Wind Mountains. The river is a huge attraction to this property. One can’t help but unwind and relax. It is a magical place. A mini-split was added 6/2025 to the Master bedroom and downstairs. These provide heat or A/C. Both units have to be operating the same (heat OR air conditioning). Guest access Guests will have full access to the home with the exception of three storage closets used to keep supplies. The garage isn’t part of the Airbnb. There is plenty of off road parking. The home sits away from the main road on 1.3 acres. Other things to note We love hosting! I work remotely and recognize that many guests need a designated workspace. We have a desk with two monitors and WI-FI in the solarium that overlooks the river. The sound of the river is very soothing while working. Depending on the time of year, you may see geese, ducks, deer, etc crossing the river or walking on the property. We aren’t fans of additional fees. However, the cost of doing business (particularly cleaning) has definitely increased over the last year. We are working to provide people a fair wage while keeping our pricing reasonable. We remain committed to staying below the average for similar homes in the area. We hope that guests will continue working with us to maintain the place so we can keep the rates down. On another note, we love children and pets. However, with the stairs and the river so close, we are a bit nervous about toddlers and young children. We have two dogs and are relieved when hosts accept pets. We’ve had good luck hosting previously and allowing one dog. We will continue allowing one dog (willing to discuss an additional dog) as long as guests continue to clean up after them and respect the home by not allowing them on the furniture and bedding. 🙂. No cats! We’re always willing to chat and answer questions. 💕
