For amenities, the swimming pool is located on the 5th floor and open for use from Tuesday to Friday (8 AM – 10 PM), excluding holidays. To ensure equal access for residents and guests, pool access on weekends and holidays is reserved for long-term tenants and unit owners. The pool is also closed every Monday for maintenance. To register, simply approach the concierge before using the amenities and fill out the pool access form. Each unit is allowed up to three (3) registered guests free of charge, with an additional ₱300 fee per extra person. Please note that the gym and other amenities are exclusive to long-term residents (6 months and above).
