Yurt by the Osage-110 acres to enjoy

This yurt cabin is your perfect getaway! Tucked away in the woods with 110 acres out your back door, you are invited to unwind and enjoy nature. This space is bathed in natural light, streaming through the big windows and 5 ft ceiling dome. Enjoy the visual rhythm of the ceiling and the unique aesthetic of a round yurt cabin that is unlike anything you've experienced! The space In this open-concept layout, you'll have a comfy queen-sized bed, a spacious living area, and a dining table near the kitchen. The kitchen has everything but an oven! We have a toaster oven, microwave, and countertop electric stove (with pots and pans) for your cooking needs. The bathroom has a standing shower with a removable shower head. The deck out the front and the firepit are bonus outdoor spaces. With no wi-fi, no TV, and spotty cell service, we encourage you to unplug and enjoy the woods. We have provided puzzles, card games, magazines, and a growing collection of books for your enjoyment. Toilet: this cabin has an organic composting toilet. It is very user friendly but is a little different from your usual toileting experience. We have tested it out personally! As long as you follow the simple instructions, you will have an easy experience. Cold months: We use a pellet stove for heat source. This pellet stove is very user friendly, even for someone that has never used one before (like me!). You simply push the power button and let it do its thing. It is very clean, efficient, and easy to use. We've provided a few tips in the yurt cabin instructions that you will see when you arrive. We will have it fired up for you prior to your arrival if the weather is below 55 degrees. Firepit: Please bring your own wood or plan to collect wood for your fire. There are gas stations within 10 minutes that sell bundles of wood as well. Guest access You will have full and private access to your yurt cabin and the space surrounding it! Other things to note At the front of the property, we have a tiny house (another Airbnb rental) and two campers (for our personal use). We encourage our guests to be friendly and view the trails as shared space while your yurt cabin will remain completely private.
