Through the back gate, you’ll find direct access to Toompany Beach, a peaceful stretch of coastline regularly visited by our local dolphin population—perfect for a morning walk, an afternoon swim, or simply soaking in the serenity of this coastal haven. The space This beautifully renovated holiday house, positioned right at the start of Toompany Beach, has been given a new lease on life and is now ready for guests to enjoy. Sleeping up to 10 people, SALTY BEACH offers five bedrooms and three bathrooms and a generous size deck that wraps around three quarters of the house. The four bedrooms upstairs have queen beds with the main bedroom having direct access to the front deck with views across the water to Moreton Island. With its own ensuite, this air-conditioned bedroom is a beautiful place to relax, unwind and be lulled to sleep with the sound of the waves. The second bedroom also offers an ensuite and is air-conditioned with a wall mounted smart TV. The other two bedrooms upstairs with queen beds are positioned between the main bathroom and also offer smart TV’s and air-conditioning for year-round comfort. The expansive air-conditioned open plan living, dining and kitchen area is a beautiful space for family and friends to come together, with all areas having access to the deck. The lounge area offers views to the ocean and has an 80-inch smart TV with a Netflix account free for guests to use. Relax in the chairs positioned in front of the firebox for those chilly nights or gather the family and friends around the outside fire pit (BYO Wood). The large dining table seats 10 and the spacious kitchen offers a 90cm electric freestanding oven, large family fridge, dishwasher and pod coffee machine with stool seating at the breakfast bar for four. The Eastern end of the deck offers an enclosed seating area and access to the downstairs area which offers a games room with a ping pong table and more lounging options. The fifth bedroom is accessed through the laundry and offers two single beds. Please note there is no bathroom on this level. SALTY BEACH is positioned on an acre of land and the established native gardens have been specifically created to encourage koala habitation with a number of our furry friends relaxing in the trees or using the property as a thoroughfare. The deck is the perfect place from which to see koalas up close and personal. The back gate allows access to Toompany Beach which is frequented by our local dolphin population. The outdoor shower allows you to wash away the salt and sand after a long day at the beach before heading inside. Only a short stroll to the Amity Tavern, Amity General Store, and the public swimming enclosure, boat ramp and jetty, SALTY BEACH is the perfect holiday house from which to explore and enjoy all that our beautiful island has to offer. All beds are made, ready for your arrival, so all you need to bring are the beach towels. Fresh linen is supplied inclusive of Quilts, sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels and tea towels. The beds inside the property will be made for you on arrival, all you need to bring are the beach towels!
