Self-contained ground floor family room and ensuite shower room, with private access and off road parking. Attached to a 120 year old Lodge on the outskirts of the New Forest. The room sleeps 3, plus a cot. Beautifully positioned looking out over the communal garden. The room benefits from a king size and single bed, sofa, kettle, fridge, toaster and microwave, please note there is no oven or hob. 5 minute drive from Paultons Park. Unfortunately we can no longer accomodate dogs. The space Light and airy family room, over looking the garden. Guests welcome to enjoy use of patio and garden shared with main house. There is a sandpit, trampoline and various other children's toys which you are welcome to use at your own risk. Guest access Garden and patio. Other things to note The room is attached to a family home. We have two young children who enjoy meeting visitors.
