This large, bright room is being offered in a two-family house (first floor) in Woodhaven, Queens, a family-friendly neighborhood. The house is located on a quiet street, yet is two blocks away from the subway station! The room has a closet and features a queen-sized bed with a comfortable BEAUTYREST mattress, desk, chair and dresser. The room faces the backyard, where you can also relax when warm! The space QUICK NOTE: Please do not request a booking before reading the house rules (additional rules) and making sure you are good with those. Please also note that there are two cats that live in the house. This is a shared space; you will have a private bedroom and the kitchen and bathroom will be shared. All cooking utensils, dishes, appliances, etc. are available for your use (toaster, coffee maker, blender, food processor, air fryer, etc.). There is backyard access from the kitchen, too, should you want to go outside during the warmer days. The bedroom faces the backyard so it's generally quiet. Other things to note Please note that toilet paper will be provided for the first week as a starter. Extra towels and sheets will also be provided. Feel free to ask for anything else you may need!
