Space sleeps four and offers 1 bedroom with a queen bed and two daybeds in the livingroom. The larger daybed is twin sized and the smaller daybed is adequate for a person about 5 ft or less. The bathroom has beautiful Italian Arabescato marble and cool turkish limestone. It also has a washer and dryer for your convenience. The space A calm and minimalist space with luxury features including gallery style walls, a handmade italian marble vessel sink and a rarely available professional grade cooktop by Pitt Cooking Systems handmade in De Meern, The Netherlands. Guest access As a guest, you will have the entire guesthouse to yourself as well as the roomy porch in front of your unit. Most of the backyard will be blocked of for your privacy and enjoyment. Other things to note Guests: Please note that the space is suited for four persons at most. This means 2 adults and 2 kids. 3-4 adults will be on a case by case basis as this may exceed the resources of the space. Those traveling with children: Please note that we DO NOT have amenities to accommodate infants. So please be sure to bring your own high chair or portable crib etc. Overnight PARKING: We will be sharing the drive way with you. For overnight parking, Please pull up the driveway sufficient to allow us to park one car. We will park our car behind yours (closest to the street) from 10:30 p.m.-7:00 a.m. at which time we will move the car for your egress. If you will be staying out later than 10:30 p.m. or leaving earlier than 7:00 a.m., just let us know and we will accommodate you.
