Guest access Guest will have full access to the entire Apartment and its amenities. Other things to note ■As a part of environmental conservation effort, the flush water in this residential complex is sourced through RWH (Rainwater Harvesting) and STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) tanks. Due to the limited availability of such water sources, it is possible that the flushes may contain brownish water or in some instances, no water at all. In such cases, guests are requested to flush manually using a bucket. However, we assure our guests that all other water outlets, with the exception of the flushes, are supplied with fresh drinking water by the government. Kindly Note : There is no Ac in the living area . ■This is a Private Residence and not a hotel, Our property managers and housekeeping executives will be there for your comfort at normal working hours from 9 AM to 6 PM. SECURITY DEPOSIT We collect a refundable security deposit of ₹5000 at check-in. It needs to be deposited only via BHIM-UPI (Bank app), PhonePe, Paytm or Gpay. Payment via CRED, Credit Cards etc. will attract 1-3% additional fee. Refunds are processed by 4 PM on check-out day or the next business day if check-out falls on a Sunday or public holiday after deducting any damages or losses to the property. If damages exceed the security deposit, the guest will be required to pay the difference via cash or UPI. -- ■Playing of loud music in the apartment or inside the complex area is not permitted. If you are found violating the rules we sadly might have to ask you to leave the premises without any warning. ■Smoking is allowed only in the Balcony area , kindly use ashtray and dont throw the cigarette buts outside the balcony or garden area of the complex you will be asked to pick it up yourself. ■Smoking and drinking is not allowed in the common area of the residential complex. If found otherwise, we will have to ask you to vacate the room immediately (no warnings will be given). No refund will be provided. ■We require guests id's with address proof of each and every individual checking in, prior to their arrival for your smooth check-in and guest fails to submit their ids will not allow to check-in in the property. This is mandatory by Goa Govt.
