The house is about 200 m2 and consists of 3 floors. It is 100 meters from the Orb River and 700 meters from Canal du Midi. From the house, you can easily take the bike and cycle along the canal all the way to the Mediterranean Sea. It takes 10 minutes to walk to Beziers city center with the nice indoor market, the many restaurants and bars and the nice shopping. You are in France's oldest city. From the magnificent 50 m2 terrace, you have a lovely view over the city's cathedral. The space On the street level there is a large garage and an entrance hall. On level 1, there are 4 bedrooms and a bathroom. On level 2 there is a kitchen, a large living room and a bathroom. On level 3 there is a lounge and a kitchen as well as the large roof terrace Guest access The entire house is available for our guests. Other things to note Guests have the whole house at their disposal. We do not rent out the house to youth groups. During the period July 1 to August 31, we normally only rent the house for at least 7 days
