The space It consists of: - Three bedrooms with double beds, including 2 queen size beds. - A mezzanine with a double bed and a large desk. - A very large and very bright living room with many openings (large windows and large skylights), including a lounge area that can be used as an additional sleeping area (2-seater sofa bed and 1-seater folding armchair) and a dining area (large table for 6 people). - A fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, microwave, kettle, dishwasher) with table for 4 people and French window overlooking the garden. - Bathroom with bathtub/toilet/sink. - A wrought iron and parquet corridor. - A garden with table and chairs for outdoor dining. - An upright piano. - Fiber optic internet - TV in one of the bedrooms with Netflix. Ethernet jacks allow you to connect to the fiber wire, if you do not want to use the Wi-Fi. No pets and no parties allowed.
