Accommodation is available for short-term stays and requires the signing of a lease agreement. The space In a building without a lift, the flat is located on the 3rd floor. Please note that there are stairs to climb. As you can see in the photos, the studio consists of an open-plan space with: - a living - dining room area with sofa, TV and dining table - the kitchen open onto the living room - there is no bedroom but there is a sleeping area with a double bed (135x190) - 1 bathroom with shower - 2 small balconies, just to look out onto the street. The flat has been recently refurbished (2022) and has a very modern style of decoration. You will love the beautiful details: from the wonderful designs on the walls to the paintings and even the crockery. It is a warm and cosy space, well used and oriented to provide the best stay to the guest. Guest access Guests have full access to the property. Towels and bed linen are included according to the number of people in the reservation. Limited complimentary soap and toilet paper are included. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have. The property has air conditioning with hot and cold air pump by means of an individual centralised duct system. It is controlled by a thermostat located in the living room. The hot water is supplied by an 80 litres electric water heater: it is important to know because it can run out and then, it is necessary to wait for the water heater to be filled again. Parking on the apartment street is free, but it can be difficult to find a spot, especially on weekends. In the surrounding area, parking is limited and paid: there are blue and green zones.
