Modern and spacious apartment in Bajamar, on the coast of La Laguna. Great location: 10 min walking distance to the beach and the natural pools, 5 min to town centre with shops, restaurants, bus stop, etc. Footpaths to Anaga mountains and prehistoric forest near the apartment. The building has many facilities: parking, gym, playground for kids, BBQ (the swimming pool is temporarily closed). The building is perfect to rest due to its quiet location and the great views... We are waiting for you! The space The apartment is very luminous and spacious (~100m2), and it is fully equipped so you can enjoy your stay as much as possible. Here you will find a big living room and kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with a Queen Size bed - 180cm, and other with two individual beds of 90cm), 2 bathrooms and a wonderful terrace to enjoy the views. The building has many facilities that you can enjoy for free, like a solarium, fully equipped gym, BBQ area, playground for kids, (the swimming-pool in the building will be temporarily closed), etc. Also our guests can use a private numbered parking lot in the basement. If you are coming with your family with babies and/or kids, we have lots of stuff that we can lend you while you are staying in the apartment (bathtub for babies, change table, high chair, travel cot, soft gaming area, toys, plastic cutlery, toys for the beach, umbrella, etc.). Just let us know in advance what you need and it will be ready for your stay. Also we have tried that the apartment is child-safe with plug protectors, locks for children, etc. If you are coming for a trip related to your work, you will find a working area with a desk where you can use your laptop (WiFi is free and available everywhere in the apartment). About the stuff available in the apartment: bedrooms have sheets, eiderdowns, bedside lamps (with wireless Qi and USB plugs to charge smartphones), big wardrobes, iron with ironing board, etc. Bathrooms have towels, hair-dryer, wardrobes, mirrors, bath gel and shampoo, washing machine, water heater, etc. Kitchen has all usual tools like cutlery, several cooking pots, pans, toaster, teapot, juicer and of course stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, etc. There is a big table on the living room, cupboard, a big sofa-bed and a flat LED SmartTV (WiFi is available in the whole apartment). There is a table and several seats on the terrace where you can have a nice lunch or dinner enjoying the views, and also a place where you can hang up and dry your wet clothes. Indoor garage is located in the basement of the building (you have your own numbered free parking lot). If you have some special needs, just let me know and I'll try my best! RULES OF THE APARTMENT: - Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the apartment. - NO parties or events are permitted. - NO persons other than those registered are allowed in the apartment. - Pets are not allowed. - Silence is requested from 22:00 to 8:00. - In accordance with national legislation (RD 933/2021 of 26 October), the new system for the registration of travellers will be applied starting in December 2024, which will require basic information to register all the guests (name, surname, identity document, nationality, date of birth, address, telephone or e-mail, etc.). For this reason, a photo or photocopy of the NIF, passport or other identity document will be required for each guest. Children under the age of 14 only need to specify name, surname, date of birth and their relationship to the adults. Guest access You can access all facilities like the gym, the playground for kids, the BBQ area (a reservation is needed for the BBQ, just contact us), etc. The swimming-pool in the building will be temporarily closed. There is a numbered indoor parking lot for your car. Other things to note We are very flexible about how and when we can meet you to hand over the keys on the day of your arrival. Depending on the date, we can meet at the apartment itself, or even at other locations if it is more convenient for you, such as the North Airport, La Laguna, La Orotava, Puerto de la Cruz, etc. Just let us know and we will look for the best option!
