Generally speaking, guest can check in and check out by themselves. Other things to note This is a single story house and it’s for one room only (not for the entire house). Centralised reversed cycle air conditioner for cooling and heating, you can set air conditioner on/off for your own room. The air conditioner control panel is on the hallway wall near the kitchen. You can turn it on/off to suit you. Brand New Wall mounted Samsung TV is available inside the room. Netflix is available to use. You are free to use anything in the house that I have in the kitchen, pantry, and fridge. Eg, milk, tea, coffee, fruit juice, cereal, oil, salt, sugar etc during your stay. I have put some blankets in the wardrobe, I have put a scale and Steam Ironing in the laundry, hair dryer is in the bathroom cabinet. Please feel free to use them. You are free to use anything that you can see in your room and in the house. Coffee shops and the shopping center (Coles and Kmart) is just around the corner.
