The space The apartment has a spacious living room with a sofa - flat screen TV - air conditioning. The kitchen is connected to the living room as a single space and is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher. The first bedroom of the apartment is on the same level as the living room. Access to the second level is via a staircase. In the area under the staircase, a washing machine is available. The accommodation has a terrace with outdoor furniture and an excellent sea view. Guest access An elevator is available to access the property. The use of each pool of the complex is allowed only to the tenants of the three apartments on the same side. For Halcyon 1, the use of the pool on the left of the building is allowed, while for Halcyon 2, the pool located on the right side (as we look at the building from the side of the road and/or the parking lot) Tenants of each apartment must use the appropriate Halcyon 1 or Halcyon 2 parking space depending on their apartment.
