Hillside Hideaway Duplex Cabin 1 is a cozy and fully furnished two bedroom, one bath Duplex with breath taking views of the Smoky Mountains and Bluff Mountain. We offer a cabin feel with all the amenities of home. Grab a cup of coffee and sit in the rocking chairs on the front porch and enjoy the view. Conveniently located less than two miles from the Sevierville-Pigeon Forge Parkway, with access to all the shows, restaurants, shopping and attractions this area has to offer. The space Cabin 1 has 2 bedrooms, (1 King and 1 Queen), 1 bath along with its own living room, kitchen, dining room, washer & dryer and back patio with large fire pit along with a front deck with beautiful views of the Smoky Mountains. The front porch is equipped with two rocking chairs and a table to enjoy your early morning coffee or end your day with the beautiful sunsets. Inside you can find a sofa, love seat & chair with ottoman in front of a warm electric fireplace and 55inch smart flat screen tv. The kitchen is equipped with all new stainless steel appliances. Enjoy your homemade meals on our Amish crafted dinning room table. Each bedroom has a custom made rustic head board with comfy bedding. Last but not least you can find a charcoal grill on the back patio for your outdoor grilling needs and a firepit area with a beautiful view of the Smokies. The location is unbelievably convenient, yet you will feel like your tucked away in the woods. This truly is a hillside hideaway! Need more room we do offer Hillside Hideaway 2!. (If available) see Hillside Hideaway 2! on Airbnb Have Fun! Guest access Cabin 1 guest will have access to the entire Cabin 1 space excluding the hall closet. (this is used as the owners closet) On the outside you will have access to the front deck of cabin 1 with two rocking chairs and a table. You will have your own back patio with a bistro table and two chairs. Also access to the firepit and adirondack chairs. Parking area is shared with cabin 2 but both cabins has it own designated parking area. if you have any additional questions feel free to message me. Other things to note We want everyone to have a great time! Just a reminder: This is a duplex. We do ask that you be respectful of your neighbors. Absolutely No Smoking inside our home. A designated smoking area has been made available on the back patio. Absolutely No Parties. Parties are not allowed on this property. Absolutely No Pets. Be mindful of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimal. Quiet time is 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM We want our guest to be comfortable and enjoy every moment of your stay. The road and driveway is asphalt with a concrete parking pad. There are two steps to enter the home. This Duplex is not ADA compliant For your convenience we provide a starter kit including 2 rolls of toilet tissue & 1 roll of paper towel, starter of shampoo and bath soap and makeup remover wipes. Be sure to bring any additional items you think you may need during your stay. We do offer a washer and dryer however, if you plan to do much laundry please bring extra laundry detergent. We also provide USB chargers in living area and both bedrooms for your convenience. Please DO NOT use firepit during high winds. DO NOT leave Children Unattended. DO NOT leave fire unattended.
