Spectacular refuge for 10 passengers with swimming pool and hot tub (additional value between April and October), heating and Quincho in the Andes Mountains located in the Fundo San Francisco with controlled access 24 hours a day, just 120 minutes from Santiago. (It is a private property, with no areas shared with other properties) The space The 100 m2 Refuge's interior has 4 bedrooms (1 en suite), 2 bathrooms, and a large living room with a fully equipped kitchenette. Capacity for 10 passengers (8 in bed and 2 in futon), includes sheets for beds (for futon you must bring a sleeping bag), hand towel and shower curtain. Shower and pool towels must be brought on your own, i.e. they are not included. Guest access Outside it has a large gazebo with shade (in summer), a large family table, and a barbecue with a simple grill. It also has a large 10x4 meter swimming pool, a hot tub with hydromassage for 5 people ($40,000 between April and October), heating, and a tennis court that is under maintenance but can also be used for different activities such as paddle tennis, badminton, etc. Other things to note It is important to be careful with slopes and terraces without railings, especially for children. Use of the tinaja/hot tub has a one-time cost of $40,000 that will be charged through the same app if requested in advance.
