(This is a shared space with the apartment tenants next door) Our house is: - 1 walking mile to RUPP arena, downtown, The University of Kentucky Campus, Marriott City Center. - 3 minute WALK to Woodland Park. - 1.5 mile drive to Kroger Field - Just a short 8 mile drive to Keeneland, and 9.8 mile drive to the Horse Park. The space - Ranch style home with basement where washer/dryer are located. (Laundry pods are provided) - Bedroom 1 - Full bed, 32' smart TV, desk for remote work - Bedroom 2 - King bed, 32' smart TV - Bedroom 3 - King bed 32' smart TV - Dining room 1 - Table with six chairs - Dining room 2 - Table with four chairs. - Kitchen - Fully stocked with all essential items including coffee pot with coffee grounds, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, tea, paper towels, dish soap, and dishwasher pods. - Spacious living area with gel mattress pull out couch, love seat, and chair with ottoman. - 2 full bathrooms - One with stand up shower, one with tub/shower. Stocked with bathroom essentials including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, towels, hand towels and wash cloths. - Back patio - patio seating and gas fire pit. Plenty of off street parking available in long drive way as well as free on street parking. Pack n Play and hook on high chair available upon request. Guest access Completely private home with shared exterior yard in the back. Other things to note We are pet friendly! The pet fee is $100 at the time of booking. This covers up to 2 pets. Any pets over 2 are an additional $50/each which is requested after booking. We do also ask for pet information at the time of booking for our records. This is a private home that only Airbnb guests have access to. There is a connected apartment building to the exterior of the house. The apartment tenants use a laundry room that has been sectioned off in the basement of the home. They have access to their laundry room from the outside of the house on the back patio.
