The space This 1 bdrm basement suite consists of a living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom and a bathroom. Bedroom contains a standard one queen bed. Like a dream – a silky-soft duvet cover with a beautiful luster. Sateen-woven from the finest yarn made of lyocell and sustainably grown cotton. Natural materials that feel good against your skin. Large closet provides a great storage space. Living area has a comfy couch, side table, lamp and 50" lcd tv with Netflix connected. Wifi access is provided. Full kitchen where guests will find stove/oven, dishwasher, a microwave, fridge, toaster, electric kettle, and Espresso 19 Bar machine. Enjoy your coffee. Dishes, glasses, and utensils such as wine opener, can opener, are also available. Spacious bath provides ample counter space and under sink storage. Luxury Hair and Body products guests will find in a dispenser attached to the wall. Washer and dryer in suite for your convenience and comfort. Guest access You’ll have access to one private parking spot located at the back of the house, with easy back lane access. Your private entrance to the suite is also at the back, separate from the main house. For your privacy, the connecting door inside remains locked at all times. To reach the suite, you’ll use a short set of about 8 stairs. Other things to note You’ll need to be able to climb about 8 stairs to access the basement suite. Please note that the space is not wheelchair accessible. You’ll have a Smart TV with access to Netflix, YouTube, and other streaming apps — but there’s no basic cable. Since we live upstairs, you may occasionally hear footsteps or daytime noise, including sounds from our small Yorkshire Terrier. We’re also mindful of allergies, so we don’t allow animals or service dogs in the suite. If you have special circumstances, you’re welcome to message me before booking. For your beach days, we provide two beach towels, two beach chairs, and a 48-quart hard cooler (available by request) during the warmer months — from June through the end of September.
