Palm Villa with own pool overlooking golf course

Palm Villa is located on Las Adelfas 2 complex on Golf Del Sur. It is a semi detached villa with its own pool plus the complex has a further 4 pools. The villa is very spacious with a large living room and separate conservatory/dining room. There is a large patio area surrounding the pool with lovely views over the adjacent golf course, the ocean, Red Rock and the mountains. The space The villa has 2 large double bedrooms with one having a en-suite bathroom plus there is a family bathroom adjacent to the other bedroom. The en-suite bedroom has a super king bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds that can be placed together to make another super king bed. There is a large kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, under counter fridge, kettle and toaster plus a utility room with large fridge freezer and washing machine. There is a 55” smart tv in the lounge with all uk tv channels, films and sport. There is another 28” Smart TV in the main bedroom. There is also great outdoor space, with pool, dining table, sun beds and bbq. Guest access The guests have access to the whole of the 2 bedroom villa Other things to note We do ask that all guests respect the neighbours and not have any late noise and are quiet of a night when returning to the villa.
