One queen size bed comfortably sleeps 2 and includes a full bathroom and kitchen! Additional amenities include yard games, propane grill, board games & a hammock. Host lives on property, but you will have plenty of privacy. Camper is 200 feet from parking spot. We are located 1.5 miles from Newark, 11 miles from Buckeye Lake and 9 miles from Granville. Camper features a full kitchen, u-shaped dinette, full bathroom and queen size bed! Kitchen includes 3 burner stove, oven, microwave, toaster & Keurig coffee maker! Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make a full meal! Dining space is complete with a u-shaped dinette perfect for eating & lounging, a Chromecast smart TV, and bluetooth surround speaker system. Full bathroom is small but mighty with a shower, vanity & toilet. Cozy sleeping area is complete with queen size bed, closets on both sides & storage. Bedroom area also features a Chromecast smart TV! The outdoor space offers 2 Adirondack chairs, propane grill, bluetooth speaker, yard games & string lights! IMPORTANT: This is an RV! While we do offer many modern amenities (heat, AC, WiFi), there still are some limitations when staying in an RV. This includes only 40 gallons of water which means shorter showers & limited electrical capacity! Guests will have access to entire camper and surrounding outdoor space. Guest parking spot is located on our gravel driveway, and is about 200 feet from camper. Guest will be required to walk through grass to get to camper from parking spot, but we do provide a wagon for easy transportation of guest belongings! We live on property, and are just a message away if you need anything during the stay! We are located in Heath right on the edge of Newark. - 1.5 miles to Newark Town Square - 11 miles to Buckeye Lake - 9 miles to Granville - 10 miles to Hanover - 25 miles to Zanesville - 40 miles to Columbus Our property is about 3 acres. We live in the house on the front half of the property, and camper is located on the back half of the property. We do have Ring Security cameras on our home and facing our home. These cameras only record when motion is detected, and there are no cameras on the back of the property or facing the camper! We have a 12 year old boxer named Bentley. He stays pretty close to the house, and will likely hear him bark when pulling in and out. We also have chickens! They are fenced in directly across from the camper. In addition to our pets we do have a lot of wildlife including deer and wild turkeys!
