The space Bondi Beach No 1 is in an attractive Tuscan-style Complex situated in Shelly Beach on the South Coast, on prime beachfront property. Bondi Beach 1 is suitable for self-catering holiday accommodation. Bondi Beach complex is a well-maintained complex that has entertainment facilities for youngsters, including a swimming pool, tennis court, and also clubhouse.  Each apartment has undercover parking. As well as 24-hour security there is an electric fence around the entire complex. From the large balcony, there are lovely sea views and there is direct access to the beach. Bondi No 1 is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom ground floor flat. The living area is open plan and has an air-conditioner. You will find a dishwasher in the well-equipped kitchen. In the main bedroom, there is a queen-size bed as well as an air-con and an en-suite bathroom (shower). Both the second bedroom and the third bedroom have two single beds. In the second bathroom, there is a bath. You will also find a separate laundry room where there is a washing machine and a tumble drier. DSTV included. No smoking is permitted in this unit.
