The apartment is located within a two-story two-family home. Lots of space with 6 total rooms including a living-room with 70' television, two bedrooms (one king-size, one full size), bath, dining, and kitchen, as well as a laundry room. Plenty of parking space for multiple vehicles. Within walking distance of downtown, including post office, movie theater, etc. The space Houlton is a beautiful small town with many lakes, rivers, parks and hunting and fishing opportunities available during both summer and winter months. The town has many picturesque spots which are only a short drive from the residence.
