You can hear the surf at night from the spacious upstairs balcony. The open floor plan will fit 10ppl very comfortably. Enjoy time around the pool or sit under the covered porch . There is plenty of parking for 4 vehicles and a boat. We are ready for you! The space Your family and friends will have lots of room to hang out in the spacious living room, either watching the large screen smart TV/Roku or playing one of the many board games. The kids won't get bored! There are 4 bedrooms and 3 baths and all rooms have a flat screen smart TV. There are two master bedrooms, both with king size beds and private bathrooms. One of the master bathrooms has a huge walk in shower. The 3rd room has a comfortable queen size bed. The kids will love the bunk room with custom built in bunk beds for 4 people. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Since the house is new all the appliances are new! We've provided a washer and dryer for your convenience. There's an extra large balcony right out the front door to relax on and hear the surf at night. When you head down to the covered entertainment area you will find a gas grill to cook those great evening meals on. You'll enjoy hanging out around your private pool with colorful LED lights to create a fun experience. Help yourself to the outdoor games and all the beach/pool toys. We also have beach chairs and beach towels for your convenience too. Don't forget to book a deep sea fishing trip with one of the many charters on the island or just head down to the beach and try some surf fishing. Port Aransas is full of things to do and memories to be made! ***PLEASE NOTE: if your stay is in the cooler months and you want to use the heated pool, this pool is heated by an eco friendly electric heat pump. If the air temperature is above mid 50's degrees , the pool temp should heat UP TO 20 degrees higher. Below mid 50's degrees air temp, it will not feel warm. We cannot guarantee a temp for the pool. MOST DAYS, with the outside air temperature above 60 degrees in the winter in Port A, the pool should heat up to a comfortable 80 degrees or higher.*** ***GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY: Please respect our neighbors and abide by our quiet hours enforced from 9pm-8am.
