New, cozy home in an awesome location! Josie has easy access to Research Park Blvd, Redstone Arsenal, and 565. 15 minutes from Huntsville International Airport. Minutes away from tons of fun activities- The Orion Amphitheater, Top Golf and Bridgestreet Towne Center are about 5 min away. This house is perfect for a cozy weekend get away or for a weekend of fun with friends. With updated appliances and full kitchen, you will feel right at home. The backyard is fenced with a covered patio. The space Guests will love staying here because it is conveniently located to an abundance of awesome places to hang out. The barn doors in the kitchen set it apart and make it unique (my favorite part of the house). The only rooms unavailable to guests are the office and the 3rd bedroom where some of my belongings are kept. Access to the garage will also be locked. There is plenty of parking in the driveway and you are able to park on the street in front of the house. Please be sure to lock your car doors, as you would at home. No smoking, of any kind, inside or outside the home on the property. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. Other things to note Please be aware of the neighbors and treat the home like you would your own.
