Spacious and quiet place to stay opposite Klinikum Harlaching. Bus 139 to the U-Bahn [subway] (4 minutes) right outside the door, tram 25 Theodolindenplatz only 5 minutes' walk. You are in approx. 15 minutes to downtown. Perlacher Forst and Isar are within walking distance. A café for breakfast is next door. The 1.5 rooms are located in the attic of a detached house. In addition to the sleeping area with a 160 king size bed, sofa and closet, there is a study with a desk and a private bathroom. The space We are a young family with a child and rent our attic with its own bathroom. The rooms are located on the 2nd floor and are accessible via the house. The converted attic does not have a ceiling height of 2 m everywhere and is therefore not ideally suited for tall guests. Guest access The attic room with private bathroom is rented. The room is accessed via the common house entrance and the staircase. Other rooms are not accessible to our guests. During your stay I am your contact person during your stay and can be reached via WhatsApp for questions and requests. Other things to note The ceiling height in the attic and also in the bathroom is partly below 2m and therefore not ideal for tall guests.
