Welcome to Cobble Hill! This centrally-located unit is in a peaceful neighborhood surrounded by tree-lined streets with a view of the Statue of Liberty. A short walk to the Brooklyn Bridge Park/Pier, Brooklyn Heights Promenade and Brooklyn Bridge and minutes from the city yet away from hustle and bustle of the city. This is a hosted rental, where I will be staying with you, but I don’t work from home. You will have your own bedroom and bathroom and full access to the entire unit/ amenities. The space This 500 square foot unit is in a Brooklyn landmark, fully equipped smart house powered by Alexa with an air conditioner, dishwasher, Roomba, Dyson fan, SodaStream, Instant Pot, air fryer... If you need anything else, there's a grocery stores and mini-marts around the corner, and tons of stores, restaurants and bars within walking distance. But we also have citibikes in the neighborhood when you have exceeded your step count and want to bike around instead. Guest access You will also have access to barbeque grills, a courtyard and on-site laundry room with washers and dryers. During your stay You can always contact me for any issues. My office is 15 min walk from the apartment. Message me before you book to see if I will be there during your stay. I’m generally available from 8am to 10pm 7 days a week. Other things to note Unit is on a 5th floor walk-up. It’s also next to the roadway, there is potential for noise, so if you’re a light sleeper, ear plugs are available.
