The space THIS HOME CAN ACCOMMODATE 10 GUESTS ---PLEASE READ ALL SECTION BELOW--- ------ NO SMOKING ------ Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home. A $1,000 fee will be charged if cigarette butts or smoke odor are found inside. Please smoke only outside the property. ------ NO PARTIES ------ No parties or events are allowed, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. -THE SPACE 1,200 Sq. FT. The Bedrooms: - The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed for two guests, an en-suite bathroom, and direct access to the backyard - The second bedroom has two queen-size beds, a nightstand, and a closet. It can comfortably accomadate up to four guests. - The third bedroom includes one queen-size bed, one full-size bed, a closet for your belongings, and a nightstand. It may accommodate up to four guests. The Bathrooms: **We maintain the bathrooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Each bathroom is fully stocked with essential amenities, including towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and toilet paper.** - The master bedroom has a private bathroom equipped with double sinks, a bathtub, a shower, and a toilet. We ensure all amenities are in place before your arrival to provide a seamless and comfortable experience. - The second bathroom includes a sink, toilet, and shower. Of course, it will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before your arrival. Kitchen: - The kitchen is equipped with all essential appliances for your convenience. This includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and tableware for all guests. Parking: - There is a designated driveway that fits 3 to 4 cars, and additional street parking is available on the street. - Please be mindful of street signs to avoid any parking tickets. Backyard - We offer a spacious backyard designed for your enjoyment and relaxation. It includes a versatile pool table that converts into a ping-pong table, along with air hockey, foosball, cornhole, and Connect 4 for hours of fun. You can also gather around the cozy fire pit or enjoy meals at the outdoor dining table. - We also have a grill available for you to enjoy. Please leave it clean when you’re done, so we can avoid a $25 cleaning fee from the cleaning crew. TRASH Collection: Trash pickup happens every Monday, and landscaping is usually done that day too. If you arrive a little earlier, you might see some bins or a bit of leftover trash but don’t worry, it’ll be taken care of soon! Guest access Guests have full private access to the entire home, including all three bedrooms and two bathrooms. You’ll also enjoy exclusive use of the spacious backyard with all our entertainment options, fire pit, outdoor dining area, and grill. Parking is available in the designated driveway, and additional street parking is nearby. Other things to note To ensure your safety, our River House is equipped with four exterior security cameras. Please note that there are no cameras inside the home. These cameras are not actively monitored and are in place solely for your protection. Pets are not allowed at this time. We’ve put a lot of love into making this home cozy and fun just for you. We kindly ask that you treat the house with care so everyone can enjoy it and avoid any trouble.
