The space The Perch has an open floor plan with wood flooring, a queen bed, a walk-in shower, dedicated workspace with high-speed internet, a rack for hanging clothes, and cozy bar seating for two. The Perch has a kitchen, complete with induction burner, microwave, and fridge. The house is new construction with a modern feel complimented by sourcing local goods whenever possible, including our complimentary coffee and tea. Guest access The entire guesthouse is all yours. Feel free to hang in the backyard, throw some logs in the firepit if you'd like, and park in the driveway if that's convenient.
