Naturally cooled space as 1/2 of the apartment is built into the ground foundation. You'll hear their songs in accompaniment with the sounds of rushing water. This unit is fully equipped for short or long stays. Guest access Guest parking for the Riverside Retreat is the right entry, driveway in front of the blue house. Also to the right, is the exterior stairway descending to 1st (ground) floor apartment. To reach the creek side fire-pit is an easy stroll on the switchback. Beyond that, it is a rocky, uneven beachfront, walking or swimming in the water is prohibited. Please observe but do not interact with the wildlife. Other things to note This is the ground floor of a duplex. Top floor is listed as Riverside Bird House. These two properties do not intersect, but can be rented as a single unit. Peacefulness and privacy is assured. On occasion, you may hear a train in the distance.
