Waterfront with Hot Tub

Joanie's Farmhouse is a fully renovated farmhouse located on a private 20 acre waterfront farm on Lake Ontario. Enjoy your stay relaxing on the deck with a sunrise view or down at the lake (where access is on the property with a short 5 minute walk down the lane), or touring the local restaurants, wineries, and breweries with friends and family. Conveniently located, 10 minutes drive to the Glenora ferry, bringing you to Prince Edward County or 25 minutes drive to Kingston. The space Large lakefront located down the lane, next to the barn (walk or drive down!) has a dock, fire pit, chairs, and lots of space to gather. Joanie's Farmhouse is along an excellent highway for cyclists, and you will find some great routes around us! Fun, delicious and useful things nearby: Bergeron Estates Winery and Cider Co. has wine, cider and pizza. MacKinnon Brothers Brewing Co. serves up beer and has a food truck. There is a great assortment of cafe's and restaurants in Bath such as Welborne Commons, The Lodge Coffee House, Beachside, Moodie's Ice Cream Shack and Bread & Butter Bake Shop. For groceries and essentials in Bath, visit Schell's Market, or head to Napanee for No Frills, Metro or Walmart. Other things to note Please note, periodically you may see people on the property to access farm buildings or equipment. Please note that our area has an annual fire ban starting April 1st until at least May 15th. In 2025 the ban was lifted as of May 6.
