This Home Style: 1) Every single detail of this house was thought out thoroughly and discussed before implemented. By choosing here, you are choosing a house that is designed to host you that makes you feel like a home you never thought you can have. (We hope!) 2) This home is ideally for 2 adults + 1 child. Additional headcounts is not available, because of the space area, it would be too cramped to have more. 3) You will be having a standard booking home as shown in the photos. Fully equipped with all the things you need so no worries. 4) As a home for short stays, we understand your needs, and these are what we can provide to you: - Stable WIFI - TV with Netflix - Refrigerator - Tissue Paper, Shampoo and Body Wash - Hair Dryer - Quiet Space for Work - Comfy Home for Quick Rest Day in the Middle of Busy Working Life - Kitchenware - Dining Table / Working Desk - Cozy Queen Size Bed 5) Suitable for Small Family that need a new place than own home for a short staycation. 6) Suitable for working adults that need a quiet place for zoom meeting, phone calls, standard laptop work with no distraction. 7) Couples, married couples, or small family that need a place for children to have online exams or online classes. 8) Students that need a private place for study, revision, online classes, online discussion and online exams. 9) Someone who just want to have a private space for a staycation from the busy lifestyle. 10) Only public parking space is available. 11) Currently only 1 curtain is available, so not easy to open curtain. but it does cover the whole window, and we will get the new curtain soon. 12) 17 minutes drive from KLIA/KLIA2 13) 5 minutes drive to XIAMEN University Guest access You can Access into These Facilities in the Building: 1) Swimming Pool (Closed for renovation until 20th May) 2) Gym 3) Male & Female Surau 4) Changing Room 5) Playground 6) Reading Room Other things to note To our beloved guest, kindly take note that: 1) Due to the regulations of the Management of this building, upon checking in, for Malaysian we will need to verify your Identification Card, and for Non-Malaysian we will need to verify your Passport with Visa or stamping showing dates of entry to Malaysia, via Whatapp or Airbnb apps, as a standard registration process. Do not worry, it will be simple and quick, our teammate, Angel will contact you with more details yea? 2) We ONLY allow the exact number of guest(s) that mentioned in Guest Itinerary to check in. Guest must declare if the occupants are not the same as the booking name. Additional verification and registration is needed with Identification Card or Passport when the booking name and the guests name that check in the home are not the same. Management reserved the rights to reject the guest to check in if such verification is not provided. 3) Guest's additional family members, friends, visitors or anyone NOT registered with Flexihome and outside of Airbnb's reservation guest details, are strictly NOT ALLOWED to access to this home, to this property, and also to use the facility of this property. (Kindly refer to rule no.2 above) Any violation of this rule will be subject to penalty, and any extra penalty charged by the property management office will then be paid by the guest directly to the property management office without getting Flexihome involved. 4) Guest are only permitted to use our home for the purpose of accommodation only. Other purposes must be declared and Management reserved the final rights to approve such purposes upon discussion with the guest. The Management also reserves the rights to take any legal action it deems necessary to any guest who violates the policy. 5) Early check-in is subject to availability at the time of arrival and cannot be confirmed in advance. 6) Please make sure to switch off all air-conditioners and lights before leaving the our home. 7) No pets are allowed in the apartments. Guests having pets in the apartments will be charged for damages and/or cleaning as stated in the house rules. 8) Guest is fully responsible for their owned valuables safety during your stay. Therefore kindly keep your valuables properly during your stay especially without your presence.
