Partying is not allowed as the house is located in a quiet neighbourhood. Other things to note In accordance with the TRNC tax legislation, our customers are required to submit their identity information and sign daily house rental contracts before entering, and no tax fee is charged from our guests and is paid by us. Daily electricity use is limited to 20 kW and the limit is charged as 8 TL for each kW. You are kindly requested to turn off your air conditioners when leaving the apartment in order to avoid exceeding the limit.
