Guest access The entire unit and yard are for the private use by the guest. The large yard is completely fenced and is only for the guest of this unit. Other things to note If you are sensitive to noise and looking for a secluded, very quiet type of property this is probably not for you. Please know that since this apartment is centrally located to downtown, that there is more potential for "city" noise. Our guests love its central location and the ability to walk to shopping, cafes, grocery stores and quick access to public transit. We used to live in the property prior to turning it into an Airbnb and were think it strikes the right balance between convenience, access to amenities quick access to open space.
