Welcome to our lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house located just minutes away from downtown St. Augustine with a PICKLEBALL COURT! Our home is ideally located just a short drive away from the charming downtown area, where you'll find plenty of shops, restaurants, and historical landmarks to explore. It's also just a quick drive to the nearby beaches. We'd love to host you at The Pink Palm. If you need more space we have an identical home next door!! The space Brand new private Pickleball court installed and ready for Guests with equipment provided! As you step into our home, you'll immediately feel at ease with its bright and airy ambiance. The spacious living area is perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the historic city, with comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV for your entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and cookware you'll need to whip up delicious meals during your stay, and the adjacent dining area is perfect for enjoying them with your loved ones. Each of the three bedrooms is tastefully decorated and equipped with cozy beds and soft linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The master bedroom features a plush king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms share a beautifully appointed bathroom. Outdoors, you'll find a spacious backyard with plenty of room for your furry family members! A BBQ grill, where you can soak up the Florida sun with your friends and family.
