There's a modern well equipped kitchen with everything you need for self catering during your holiday. The kitchen, dining area and lounge areas all open onto the large patio with BBQ, outdoor dining table and chairs and a comfortable outdoor lounge area to enjoy those long summer evenings with alfresco dining and entertaining. There's 4 Bedrooms each with quality beds & bedding:- 1. Main Bedroom - King Bed (fixed) It has its own ensuite bathroom, with shower & bath, a large walk-in wardrobe and views from the bedroom and bathroom that are hard to bet. 2. Bedroom 2 - Two Single Beds that can also be configured as a King Bed (must be requested at the same time as making your booking) 3. Bedroom 3 - Queen Bed (fixed) Both bedrooms rooms both have built in wardrobes, bedside cabinets & lamps and share a large guest bathroom with a separate toilet. There's plenty of off-street parking for vehicles and a secure double garage for one vehicle to park inside. PLEASE NOTE the owner parks their car on one side of the garage so only space for 1 vehicle in the garage. Guest access Guests will receive all check-in details 5 days prior to their arrival with access codes and any relevant check-in details. These details will include the address, directions, lock box code and any other important information about the property to make your check-in easy. Other things to note TRAVEL INSURANCE: it is recommended to have travel insurance for any weather disruptions especially in the winter season. INCLUDED: All bed linen, bath towels and set-up consumables are provided for your stay. PLEASE NOTE: the property gets some flight noise during the day and early evening as the airport is nearby.
