1b1b cottage, close to hospitals, pets allowed

Stay at this cute and cozy home within 7 minutes of all hospitals and restaurants in Springfield. Enjoy your stay at this beautiful cottage in Springfield, Illinois. The space There is a queen size, memory foam mattress bed in the bedroom, with access to a bathtub/shower in the bathroom. The house also has a washer and dryer in the basement. There is a backyard (not fenced) with a firepit. We provide 4 chairs, but do not provide firewood. Please be responsible and make sure you put out the fire after using it. Guest access There is a garage and shed in the back that guests DO NOT have access to. Please do not attempt to access to prevent injuries or issues. There will be no reimbursements or refunds for people who try to access the garage and shed. Other things to note This house is close to some bars and restaurants and it may get a bit noisy outside during weekends. If you don't like being close to bars and restaurants or prefer to be further out, this may not be the property for you. We also provide ear plugs, just in case you want to be close, but don't like the noise. For full transparency, here's our check-out process: Optional, if you have time only: - Strip the sheets and pillowcases and put them in the washer. We’d appreciate it if you can start a load. You don’t have to wait for it to finish. - Put dirty towels in the washer, if there’s space. If not, place them beside the washer. - Make sure all dishes are washed or put in the dishwasher. We’d appreciate it if you can also start the dishwasher (unless there’s nothing to wash). You don’t have to wait for it to finish. Required: - Turn off all lights, TV, AC or heater. - Please pick up after your pets. If you leave poop in the yard, our cleaners will charge an extra $50, which we’ll have to have you pay. - Check to be sure you have all personal items. We are not responsible for lost/missing belongings and won’t be able to ship items back to you. - Take all trash to the trash bins. - Close and lock all windows and doors. - Please make sure all doors are locked before leaving. Please be advised that any unauthorized late checkouts will incur a fee of $50 per hour. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request. Depending on the situation, there may be a fee. Please ask the night before checking in or at least 5 hours before checking out so we can coordinate properly. Please consider getting travel insurance when you book as we do stick to our cancellation policy.
