The house sits on a shared lot and is nestled behind the primary residence. Both homes have their own private entrances and the yard is divided by a 6 foot fence offering both residences complete comfort and privacy. Apologies for the winter outdoor pictures. The bedroom boasts an extremely inviting queen mattress that is so comfortable you may never want to leave. In the living room there is a queen sleeper sofa offering additional sleeping space. Relax and unwind while watching your favorite show on our 55” wall mounted smart TV.  Don’t let the small kitchen fool you, it is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare delicious meals on-site! You will also find an all in one washer/dryer located in the kitchen for your convenience.  Off street parking is available and accessible through the alley. Guest access The guest has access to the entire guest home behind the primary residence. The guest home is accessible by the alley behind the primary residence and has it's own driveway. Please do not open the gate in the partition fence during your stay as the other side is for other guest's use. Other things to note We provide starter sets of basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, etc. It will be the guest's responsibility to replace if any of these items run out during your stay. Generally there is plenty and this usually only impacts long term rentals.
