Netflix, huge kitchen, and a trusted host to make sure your trip is smooth. The space This is a beautiful 7 bedroom Craftsman home located in Little Italy, San Diego's best neighborhood. The entire home consists of a 3BR + Den / 2.5BA, a 1BR/1BA, and two detached Studio/1BA units. You'll be next to the world-famous San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, and San Diego Convention Center-- home of San Diego Comic-Con. Nearby are the best restaurants, shops, and activities that sunny San Diego has to offer. The home comes equipped with TV, washer/dryer, iron, microwave, and pretty much everything else you need for a perfect stay, so come and soak up the sunshine and perfect weather. Our home is fully furnished and very comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need: appliances, cookware, dishes, etc. Our home is professionally cleaned before every stay, and comes with clean linens, towels, soaps, and everything else you'll need for a comfortable stay. Guest access This is a rental for the entire home. You will not be sharing it with anyone and you will have access to everything in the home and the courtyard. Other things to note While the lisitng states that there is A/C, please note that one of the detached studios does not have central A/C, but has a fan and plenty of windows. A portable A/C unit for this studio is available upon advance request for your stay. The A/C does take up some space and makes noise and we’ve found most guests to prefer the fan/windows which together create a nice cooling breeze in the unit. Because many people ask: 1. Payment- You “submit a booking” which means you pay the full amount now. We do not get paid until after your arrival. There are no cash transactions, and unfortunately, you may not put down a deposit. 2. Deposit - Airbnb does not charge the deposit at all unless there is a claim for damages after check-out. 3. Unfortunately, we don’t have more pictures of the house and are unable to send you any more. 4. The site blocks telephone numbers until you have booked your trip, so we are unable to call you. Thanks!
